Discount Tire

I I have been to this store a number of times and have always had amazing service. This last visit was no different, and quite frankly, the best experience at a tire store… ever. Every person that I interacted with was outgoing and eager to help. When I was met with an obstacle (and there was a couple) , they found a solution. The store manager, Tyler Ulrickson is at the top of that list. He personally was involved from minute one and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Now I’m driving a safe vehicle and can trust that, if I have any problems down the road, they will be there to help.

Always always always jam packed with people. Backed up and not all that friendly. I've decided to move along to the Arvada location. Wow! What a difference! Super friendly, really clean store and tons of employees working happily. Smiling, happy to be there- making Me happy to be there! Love it there! Never going back to Colfax!

Shout out to Diego! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. That kind of customer service really goes a long way and is very much appreciated. This Discount Tire location has always been great about getting customers in and out in a timely manner, and their prices are fairly affordable as well. Overall, a really positive experience.

I ordered a set of tires from Discount and set up an appt. to have them installed today at 8 am at the West Colfax store. I arrived at 8 and just opened my car door to start the checkin process. However, Tyrone came out to greet me before I could get to the door to take my info. They got my car in right away, replaced the tires and sent me on my way all in about a half hour. Exceptional service from this group. I've gone to this store for years now and they have never disappointed me. I can definitely recommend them without hesitation.

We were traveling through Colorado from Oklahoma and had an issue with our vehicle, and the team at Discount Tire truly went above and beyond to help us out. A huge shoutout to Diego SR for his outstanding customer service he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they’re taken care of. The entire shop treated us great and got us back on the road with peace of mind. I would highly recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone needing tire service. Thank you again for taking care of some Oklahoma travelers
